Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of Boujee Logistics, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of all policies stated herein.

Boujee Logistics operates with integrity, precision, and professionalism. Clients are expected to review and understand these Terms prior to utilizing our services.

2. Scope of Services

Boujee Logistics provides premium logistics and courier services, including but not limited to:

  • USA to Jamaica Shipping

  • Air Freight Services

  • Online Shopping Assistance (if applicable)

  • Package Handling & Warehousing

  • Third-Party Courier Coordination

  • Pickup & Distribution Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion without prior notice.

3. Shipping Schedule

Shipments are processed on a structured weekly schedule. All shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Airline or carrier scheduling

  • Weather conditions

  • Government regulations

  • Circumstances beyond our operational control

Boujee Logistics shall not be held liable for delays caused by external authorities or third-party partners.

4. Service Areas

Boujee Logistics proudly operates in:

  • Lucea (Primary Operating Area)

  • Montego Bay

  • Negril

  • Green Island Bus Stop

Island-wide pickup options are available through:

  • Knutsford Express

  • Zipmail Services

Delivery outside of listed areas may be facilitated through approved third-party courier services at the customer’s expense.

5. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.

Boujee Logistics assumes limited liability for loss, damage, or delay.

Our responsibility begins once the package is physically received at our designated warehouse facility and ends once the package is:

  • Released for customer pickup

  • Transferred to a third-party courier

  • Handed over to customs or regulatory authorities

Boujee Logistics is not responsible for:

  • Vendor or merchant errors

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by customers

  • Packages lost or misdelivered before reaching our warehouse

  • Third-party courier mishandling

  • Customs seizures or inspections

6. Packaging & Fragile Items

Boujee Logistics is not responsible for damage resulting from improper packaging by vendors or senders.

Fragile items including but not limited to:

  • Electronics

  • Glassware

  • Liquids

  • Cosmetics

  • Breakable goods

are shipped strictly at the customer’s risk, regardless of packaging condition.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with Jamaican and international shipping laws.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

  • Explosives or hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Pornographic materials

  • Perishable foods

  • Live animals

  • Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments

Any prohibited shipment may be confiscated or surrendered to authorities without refund. Boujee Logistics assumes no liability for resulting fines, penalties, or legal consequences.

8. Customs, Duties & Government Fees

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Accurate customs declarations

  • Payment of duties and taxes

  • Any government-imposed fees

Boujee Logistics is not liable for customs-related delays, inspections, or seizures.

9. Assisted Online Shopping (If Applicable)

For assisted purchasing services:

  • Full payment must be received before purchase

  • Customers must confirm product details prior to transaction

  • Payments are non-refundable once order is placed

Boujee Logistics is not responsible for:

  • Vendor delays

  • Incorrect sizing or product issues

  • Cancellations by merchants

All refund or exchange disputes remain between the customer and the vendor.

10. Payments

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Bank Transfer

  • Approved Online Payment Methods

All charges must be settled in full prior to package release or shipment processing.

Payments are non-refundable once shipping or purchase processing has commenced.

11. Claims & Disputes

All claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of package notification or collection.

Claims must include:

  • Invoice or proof of value

  • Photographic evidence (if damage claimed)

WhatsApp messages do not constitute official claim submissions unless confirmed in writing by Boujee Logistics management.

12. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Customers are expected to collect packages promptly upon notification.

  • Storage fees may apply after 7 days of non-collection.

  • Packages uncollected after 30 days may be auctioned, donated, or disposed of to recover storage costs.

Outstanding fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

13. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made prior to shipment processing.

Once shipment is manifested or processed, cancellations may not be possible.

Boujee Logistics reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion.

14. Amendments

Boujee Logistics reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete agreement between Boujee Logistics and its customers.

By engaging our services, you agree to operate within these guidelines and policies.
